The Shark Trust launches Oceanic 31 art exhibition

The Shark Trust has curated an exhibition called Oceanic 31, featuring 31 paintings, sculptures, drawings, and digital media that represent different species of sharks and rays found in the open ocean. The exhibition can be viewed either physically at various venues across the UK or virtually. The exhibition aims to highlight the diversity and beauty of oceanic sharks and rays, many of which are at risk of extinction. The exhibition is part of the Big Shark Pledge campaign, which calls for positive changes to be made to protect these magnificent creatures. Limited edition prints of some of the artwork are available to purchase, and all profits will go towards the campaign. The exhibition will be on display at Trebah Garden until 15 July 2023 and will then move to the Blue Planet Aquarium from 25 August until 4 September.
