We are currently seeking Sales Representatives to cover various regions in the United States.

 Applicants must have at least 3 years of direct experience in the Scuba/snorkeling industry.

 Primary responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts within the assigned territory, offering exceptional customer support
  • Identify potential new distribution opportunities with suitable clients that align with the SEAC USA brand and business criteria, in collaboration with the Sales Director
  • Assist with analyzing regional projections and identifying growth opportunities for existing accounts
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned product categories in a sustainable manner
  • Analyze customer data to increase revenue, develop product recommendations, and implement special sales campaigns
  • Conduct regular market observations, including analysis, planning, and sales strategies
  • Organize and facilitate product knowledge trainings for accounts
  • Support the implementation of sales activities, including active selling days at stores
  • Execute seeding programs with customers and retail staff, following guidelines from the marketing department
  • Maintain and manage a database for all assigned accounts and act as the customer service liaison for the territory
  • Provide regular feedback to the supervisor, including weekly calls, planning discussions, and activity reports
