Cressi USA Announces Retirement of David Elliott

Cressi USA is excited to announce that one of its longstanding “Road Warriors” is finally retiring after a well-deserved career. David Elliott, who has been a dedicated and passionate member of the Cressi family for over 32 years, has played a vital role in the company’s success. Dave’s tireless efforts and exceptional contributions have significantly shaped Cressi’s reputation in the USA.

Dave’s love for the ocean began in 1962, and prior to joining Cressi, he proudly owned a dive store for over a decade. In 1987, he started working as a sales representative in the diving industry and officially joined Cressi in 1991. With his infectious smile and extensive product knowledge, Dave has been an inspiration to both his colleagues and customers. Although we will miss him dearly, we believe it’s time for Dave to enjoy a fulfilling retirement alongside his wife, children, and grandchildren.

As we bid farewell to Dave, we are delighted to introduce his successor, Luca Della Santa. Luca brings a fresh perspective and boundless enthusiasm to his new role. With his experience and talent, Luca is well-prepared to carry on Dave’s remarkable work and contribute to our sales team. Dave and Luca have already been collaborating for the past six months to ensure a smooth transition.

Despite being from a younger generation, Luca possesses significant industry experience and is a perfect fit for the position. He has proven himself as a dedicated and driven professional, and we are confident that he will continue to make a significant impact at Cressi USA.

We recognize that words cannot fully express our gratitude for Dave’s immense contributions to Cressi. Therefore, we will be hosting a farewell party for him at DEMA, where we can personally thank Dave for his years of service with a proper toast, alongside his industry friends.

In the meantime, we extend a warm welcome to Luca as he embarks on this new chapter of his career with Cressi. His talent, dedication, and commitment will undoubtedly bring renewed energy and drive to the Cressi team.
